RUMFORD — Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on May 4 in Rumford District Court:
• Thomas Mowatt, 48, Mexico, operating under the influence, 8:24 p.m. April 12 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $300 cash bail, and will be arraigned on July 6 in Rumford District Court.
• Jesse Gray, 34, Dixfield, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of criminal trespass, turned himself in at 5:20 p.m. April 8 at the police station on River Street. He was released on $100 cash bail.
