PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — A Maine man who founded the Rent-A-Husband home-repair company has pleaded not guilty to three new charges related to investments in his company.

The Portland Press Herald reports Thursday that Kaile Warren entered his pleas to three charges on which he was indicted last week: theft by deception, securities fraud and sales on unregistered securities from 2003 to 2009.

The new indictment makes minor changes to the original one in December, to which Warren also pleaded not guilty.
