Members of the Oxford Hills Optimist Club recently participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids’ Sake at Hobbs Lucky Lanes in South Paris. Pictured at the event, from left, are Julia Herrick, club secretary; Lindsey Record; Sandi Wyman, club first vice president; and Michael Desplaines. Optimist Clubs are dedicated to “Bringing Out the Best in Kids.” The Oxford Hills club is seeking new members; meetings take place on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
