BETHEL – The golf course at The Bethel Inn Resort opened for the season on April 15, a full month earlier than last year and the earliest date in more than 20 years.
“In the 21 years of working at the Inn, this is the earliest opening date I’ve seen” said head professional Mark Mallory. “The golf course is in great spring condition, and we have some exciting golf events and activities planned for local golfers, members and guests this summer.”
Club member Bob McCartney received the honor of the first round in 2010 at the resort.
