Charges:

On April 16 – 1 a.m., Trishia Garcia, 22, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. James Bernard with disorderly conduct on Oxford Avenue. Garcia posted $200 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 8.

 On April 17 – 1 a.m., Troy Blanchard, 20, of Mexico was charged by Sgt. Bernard with violating conditions of release, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest on Cumberland Street. Blanchard, who was also charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

 On April 18 – 4:46 a.m., Amanda Dodge, 23, of Dixfield was charged by Sgt. F. David Bean with operating under the influence on Spruce Street after a complaint from the Maine State Police. Dodge is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

 On April 18 – 11:13 p.m., Tyler White, 19, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson and acting Cprl. K. Scott Mills with burglary, theft, criminal mischief, possession of burglar’s tools and violating conditions of release at the Hosmer Field Complex. White was unable to post bail and is scheduled to appear in South Paris Superior Court on July 16.

 On April 18 – 11:13 p.m., Cory Virgin, 18, of Mexico was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson and acting Cprl. K. Scott Mills with burglary, theft, criminal mischief and possession of burglar’s tools at the Hosmer Field Complex. Virgin posted $1,500 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in South Paris Superior Court on July 16.

 On April 18 – 11:13 p.m., Marcus Collins, 18, of Mexico was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson and acting Cprl. K. Scott Mills with burglary, theft, criminal mischief and possession of burglar’s tools at the Hosmer Field Complex. Collins was unable to post bail and is scheduled to appear in South Paris Superior Court on July 16.

 On April 18 – 11:13 p.m., 16-year-old Mexico juvenile was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson and acting Cprl. K. Scott Mills with accomplice liability for burglary, theft, criminal mischief and possession of burglar’s tools at the Hosmer Field Complex. The juvenile was released to his mother and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on June 8.

 Criminal Mischief:

 On April 13 – 11:49 a.m., Ellis River Road resident reporting someone poured water into the gas tanks of two of his vehicles. The case is under investigation.

 On April 13 – 3:18 p.m., Linnell Street resident reporting she witnessed two juvenile males throwing rocks and breaking windows on a vacant residence. The juveniles were located and charges are pending.

 On April 14 – 7:39 p.m., Erchles Street resident reporting damage to a storage garage. The case is under investigation.

 Theft:

 On 04/12 – 9:41 AM, Prospect Avenue business reporting theft of services. The business reported a subject left in the middle of the night without paying the bill. Suspect located and will be paying the bill.

 On April 14 – 9:37 a.m., Mexico resident reporting theft of a bag from a local business. The suspect was located, bag returned and no charges filed.

 On April 14 – 6:59 p.m., South Rumford resident reporting theft of a $200 statue. The case is under investigation.

 On April 17 – 11:53 a.m., Hancock Street business reporting theft of a $30 in gas due to a drive off. Suspect located and the bill will be paid.

 On April 18 – 3:54 p.m., Pennacook Road resident reporting theft of a purse containing a camera and $300 in cash from her vehicle. The case is under investigation.
