Musical performance
DIXFIELD — The Dixfield Congregational Church Coffee House will feature “Jessie Mae and The Ice Man” (Jessica Hines and Steve Dailey) from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 30.
They will perform a variety of music, blues standards, and American roots music. Cost for adults is $5; children under age 12 accompanied by an adult, free. Homemade dessert, coffee, tea and soda will be on sale. The church is located on High Street.
Jewelry sale
RUMFORD — The Rumford Hospital Auxiliary will sponsor a jewelry sale with jewelry and accessories 30 to 75 percent below department store prices. The sale will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m Monday, May 3, and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 4.
Everything at the sale will be $2 to $10. The event is open to the public and will be held at Rumford Hospital, Conference Room A.
