The Western Foothills Land Trust invites everyone to celebrate the return of migratory birds. They will host a wine tasting and migratory bird review from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 14, at Cafe Nomad, 450 Main Street, Norway. The annual bird walk and count will take place from 7 to 9 a.m. Saturday, May 15, at the Van Nest Farm, 265 Old Stage Road, Norway. Participants should bring binoculars and dress for weather, bugs and wet footing. Birders are pictured during last year’s bird walk at South Pond.
