Between 6 a.m. May 3 and 6 p.m. May 9, patrol officers responded to 91 complaints.

Arrests/Summonses:

On May 3 — 10:25 p.m., Timothy Gotto, 50, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld with violating conditions of release on Summit Street in Mexico. Gotto was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

On May 4 — 7:18 p.m., Richard Downs, 59, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller with disorderly conduct and obstructing a public way on Cumberland Street. Downs was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

On May 5 — 10:10 p.m., Alan Comeau, 61, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson with disorderly conduct and burning without a permit on Waldo Street. Comeau is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

On May 6 — 12:30 p.m., 16-year-old Dixfield juvenile was charged by Sgt. F. David Bean with disorderly conduct and criminal threatening on Forest Avenue. Juvenile was turned over to his mother and is scheduled to appear in Rumford Juvenile Court.

On May 7 — 9:24 p.m., Scott Hood, 26, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld on a warrant for failure to pay fines for drugs. Hood was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

On May 7 — 10 p.m., Nikki Libby, 34, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld with violating conditions of release on Cumberland Street. Libby is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

On May 7 — 10:55 p.m., 16-year-old female juvenile of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld with illegal possession of alcohol by a juvenile on Lincoln Avenue. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford Juvenile Court on July 6.

On May 7 — 10:55 p.m., Ashley Morissette, 19, of Mexico was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor on Lincoln Avenue. Morissette is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

On May 7 — 10:55 p.m., Jacob Hickey, 19, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor on Lincoln Avenue. Hickey is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

On May 7 — 10:55 p.m., Derek Sicotte, 20, of Mexico was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor on Lincoln Avenue. Sicotte is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

On May 7 — 11:40 p.m., Joshua Blodgett, 19, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson with furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol and illegal possession of marijuana on Lincoln Avenue. Blodgett posted $300 unsecured bail is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

On May 7 — 11:36 p.m., Sharlyna Jones, 22, of Bethel was arrested by Ptl. Donald Miller on a warrant for failure to appear for operating without a license. Jones posted $75 cash bail.

On May 8 — 5:30 p.m., Ashley Morissette, 19, of Mexico was charged by Ptl. Hart Daley with criminal mischief on Cumberland Street. Morissette is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

On May 8 — 9:30 p.m., Michael Parker, 29, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Donald Miller on a warrant for failure to pay fines on a burglary on Hancock Street. Parker posted $31.25 cash bail.

On May 9 —  2:29 a.m., Jeremy Stitt, 46, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld with operating under the influence, 2nd offense on Rumford Avenue. Stitt was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 3.

On May 9 — 12:59 a.m., Pauline Cayer, 54, of Dixfield was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller with disorderly conduct on Rumford Avenue. Cayer posted $300 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

On May 9 — 6:30 a.m., Darlington Douglas, 36, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller with domestic assault on Cumberland Street. Douglas was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 6.

Assault:

On May 7 — 8:17 p.m., Andover resident reporting she was assaulted by her cousin. Suspect wasn’t charged as it was deemed self defense.

Criminal Mischief:

On May 4 — 10:26 a.m., Mexico resident reporting damage to a camp in Rumford he oversees. The case is under investigation.

Theft:

On May 3 — 10:31 a.m., Andover Road resident reporting theft of her $1,000 school laptop computer. The case is under investigation .

On May 4 — 1:59 p.m., Virgin Street resident reporting theft of a motorcycle. The motorcycle was recovered by Sgt. Bean and the case is under investigation.

On May 5 — 9:48 a.m., Rumford business reporting theft of 150 gallons of diesel fuel. The case is under investigation.

On May 7 — 12:39 p.m., Knox Street resident reporting theft of his $315 Tom Tom out of his vehicle. The case is under investigation.

Wanted

Ashley Jackson, 22, of Rumford is wanted on two Rumford District Court warrants for failure to pay fines for attaching false plates and criminal mischief.
