WILTON — A North Jay woman was arrested Sunday on a charge of possession of prescription drugs after police stopped her for a minor vehicle violation.

Florence Campbell, 45, was stopped about 2:40 p.m. Sunday by Wilton officer Kyle Cutler.

After the officer determined there was a probable cause for narcotics, the vehicle was searched and 30 prescription pills were found wrapped in cellophane, said Wilton Police Chief Dennis Brown. The pills included Flexeril, Vicodin and Percocet.

Corbett bailed from Franklin County Detention Center for $250 and has a court date scheduled for June 24.
