LEWISTON — Claude Bonang of Brunswick will entertain the Prince of Peace Gatherers at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 16, at the Holy Cross Church hall.

After retiring as a high school teacher, Bonang returned to his passion for music, playing the rhythm bones very familiar during his teen years. After six lessons with the guitar, he continued to improve on his own, gradually adding the spoons as well as the musical saw and harmonica. He has performed at several assisted nursing facilities, nursing homes, farmers markets, the Topsham Fair and has taken his rhythm bones to elderhostels in the United States and Canada.

The meeting is open to all adults. A social and light lunch will follow.
