Michelle St. Clair
and Burt Whittier
FARMINGTON — Normand and Lucille St. Clair of Monmouth are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle St. Clair, to Burt Whittier, son of Jeffrey and Cindy Whittier of Chesterville.
Miss St. Clair is a graduate of Monmouth High school and is employed at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department in Farmington.
Mr. Whittier is a graduate of Mt. Blue High School and is employed by the state of Maine.
A fall wedding is being planned.
