LEWISTON — Lucien Charles Beaucage Sr. of Lewiston died unexpectedly at his home, Wednesday, May 12.

He was born Jan. 10, 1942, in Lewiston, the son of Fernand and Bertha Beaucage.

He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved working in his yard, and took great pride in his flower beds. His other hobbies included woodworking, metal lathe work and was especially creative at making Turbo CAD designs.

He will be sadly missed by his wife of 49 years, Louise Imelda (Cote) Beaucage; his children, Linda Reitano of Fairbanks, Alaska, Loretta Lahey of Oxford, Lucien Jr. and Tina Beaucage of Turner and Leo Beaucage of Gorham; two brothers, Raymond and wife, Rosario, of Turner and Maurice of Lewiston; and eight grandchildren, Benjamyn Lahey, Randee Metayer, Casey Metayer, Brittany Metayer, Ashley Metayer, and Elizabeth, Julie and Crystal Beaucage.

He was predeceased by his parents, Fernand and Bertha Beaucage; and one brother, George.
