WILTON — A local woman and a juvenile received summons Sunday after Wilton police searched the woman’s 16 Pleasant View Heights home last Tuesday.

Sandra D. Carlson, 41, faces charges of unlawful possession of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia after the search. She is scheduled to appear in court on July 22.

A juvenile also received a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a usable about of marijuana and cultivating marijuana. The case comes before the court on July 7.

The homeowner, Carlson, was not home at the time of the search but two juveniles were, said Detective Rick Billian. One juvenile is facing charges.

Police found 20 marijuana plants growing indoors, growing equipment, a usable amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, scales, packing materials, marijuana seeds and prescription drugs, Billian said.

The search warrant resulted from a narcotics investigation that began in March. Using information collected during the investigation, Billian and officer Nick Oettinger obtained the warrant.
