LEWISTON — The National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association will meet at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 25, at the Ramada Inn. A social half hour will be followed by lunch at noon.

After the speakers, there will be a business meeting with reading of the minutes and old and new business discussion.

A report will also be given on the NARFE State Convention held April 28 and 29 in Orono. Attending from the club were President Richard St. Amand, Secretary Joanne Morse and Legislative Committee Members Roland Metayer and Claire Breton.

Guest speakers for the meeting will be Roland Metayer and Claire Breton who will discuss current legislative issues of interest and concern for the NARFE membership.

NARFE is for active and retired employees, spouses, surviving spouses and former spouses who are legally eligible for a federal or survivor annuity. Current federal employee or retired federal employees who would like more information about NARFE may log on to www.NARFE.org.
