The members of the Maine Elks Association presented a check for $191,512.10 to the Maine Children’s Cancer Program at their 81st annual state convention at Sugarloaf USA in Carrabassett Valley. In attendance to receive the check were several representatives from the Maine Children’s Cancer Program. The donation represents the culmination of the Maine Elks fundraising efforts for the 2009-10 fraternal year.
