Sophie Schwinn of Auburn, a junior, has been placed the on the dean’s commendation list for outstanding academic achievement in the fall 2009 at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania. Students with a quality point average of 3.33 or higher for a semester’s work are placed on the list.
