Nicholas Schaedler

SABATTUS — Glenn and Elizabeth Lane of Sabattus and John and Sherry Schaedler of Topsham are pleased to announce the engagement of Andrea Lane to Nicholas Schaedler. On Dec. 12, Mr. Schaedler proposed to Miss Lane in front of the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center. Both families were in New York City for this special moment.

The future bride is a 2006 graduate of Oak Hill High School. In May she plans to graduate from the University of New England with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training. She is currently employed as a floor supervisor at Bass Shoe in Freeport.

The future bridegroom is a 2006 graduate of Mount Ararat High School. He has recently started his own landscaping business, Schaedler Landscaping. He also works full time for Schaedler Corp.

The couple will wed on in July 4 at the Dunegrass Country Club in Old Orchard.
