BOOTHBAY HARBOR — Lewiston natives Dennis St. Pierre and Dr. Ron Bouffard will perform Thursday, July 8, in “My American Song,” the first presentation in the 2010 Mainely Music Festival at the Boothbay Harbor Opera House.

The concert features classic patriotic melodies plus selections from such Broadway classics as “Oklahoma,” “Route 66” and “West Side Story.”

St. Pierre and Bouffard are well known in theater circles in Lewiston-Auburn, having performed many times at Lewiston-Auburn Community Little Theatre, the Franco-American Heritage Center and at L/A Arts events. Both have appeared throughout Maine and New England, and St. Pierre has performed internationally.

The Mainely Music Festival is presented by Divas World Productions of Houston, wtih all proceeds benefiting the opera house.

The concert will begin at 8 p.m. Advance tickets are $20, $25 at the door. For tickets, call 633-5159.

Three other concerts complete the Mainely Music Festival series: “A Night at the Opera” on July 9; “Mainely Mozart” on July 22; and “A Jazz Salon” on July 23.
