WILTON – The Police Department continues to investigate shots fired at vehicles parked at A Tec Auto Service on Route 133 overnight Sunday, Chief Dennis Brown said  Friday.

A total of 19 cars were struck with what appears to be BBs or pellets, causing extensive damage, he said.

Officer Timothy Coombs responded to the June 21 complaint. Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to call the police at 645-3876.

Other calls this week included juveniles fighting at Food City on Main Street on Tuesday. One slammed the grocery store door causing the glass to spider. Officer Nicholas Zecher and Detective Rick Billian responded and gave the youth a summons on a charge of criminal mischief.

Police also responded to several domestic assaults, a criminal threatening case between neighbors and are starting an investigation into a child porn case, he said.
