DIXFIELD — Stephen and Barbara Carter of Dixfield and Laurie Howard of Michigan are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Nicole Carter, to Chad Durland Doucette, son of Kim and Jane Doucette of Mexico.
Miss Carter is a 2002 graduate of Dirigo High School and is currently employed at Maine Family Credit Union as a mortgage loan officer.
Mr. Doucette is a 2002 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and is employed at Lepage Bakeries as a route sales associate. The couple resides in Auburn with their son, Aiden.
A fall wedding is planned for Oct. 23 at Martindale Country Club in Auburn.
