WINTER HARBOR, Maine (AP) — The Coast Guard says one person was killed and another injured when two lobster boats collided off the coast of Maine.
The collision happened Wednesday afternoon off Winter Harbor.
Col. Joe Fessenden of the Maine Marine Patrol says damage was severe enough that one of the boats sank.
Fessenden says visibility was not an issue. The Coast Guard is leading the investigation, and has a team of investigators at the scene.
