Garner Lee Lavalley Jr., 22, Auburn, violating protective order, domestic violence assault on June 26, 2009, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 180 days all suspended, probation one year; second charge dismissed.

Nicole L. Laviolette, 27, Lisbon, unlawful possession of Oxycodone, aggravated forgery on May 20, 2009, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to eight months; second charge dismissed.

Matthew Paul Lavoie, 20, Lewiston, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on May 6, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to 12 months, probation partially revoked.

George Albert Lebourdais Jr., 44, Lewiston, violating condition of release, assault on April 3, 2009, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to seven days.

Christopher Jason Lecompte, 25, Greene, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Nov. 5, 2005, sentenced to 26 months, 29 days, probation revoked.

Christopher Jason Lecompte, 25, Greene, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 26, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to nine months, one day.

Christopher Jason Lecompte, 25, Greene, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on Jan. 11, 2008, fined $400, sentenced to six years with all but two years suspended, probation three years on first charge; fined $400, sentenced to six years with all but two years suspended, probation two years on second charge.

Roy Edward Leet, 44, Alfred, five counts of burglary, five counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 29, 2008, Sept. 25, 2008, Oct. 12, 2008, and Oct. 13, 2008,  sentenced to four years on four charges; sentenced to six months on one charge; sentenced to 364 days all suspended on one charge; sentenced to five years all suspended, probation three years and restitution of $17,146.46 on four charges.

Carolyn E. L’Italien, 36, Lisbon, criminal forfeiture of property, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Jan. 7, 2009, forfeited on first charge; found guilty on second charge, fined $400, sentenced to 15 months all suspended, probation one year, six months, 100 hours of community service.

Justin L. Lord, 21, Lewiston, burglary on June 24, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 13 months, probation partially revoked.

Brian Magnin, 31, Portland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, cultivating marijuana, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Jan. 2, 2009, first charge dismissed; fined $6,000, sentenced to three years with all but six months suspended, probation two years and 400 hours of community service on second charge; fined $1,000, sentenced to three years with all but six months suspended, probation two years and 400 hours of community service on third charge.

Lee Roger Major, 40, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, eight counts of aggravated criminal mischief on April 4, April 5, April 6, 2009, three charges dismissed; found guilty on six charges, sentenced to three years all suspended, probation two years, restitution of $2,375.
