ROCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — A Maine man facing charges he stabbed three people to death in his home state is due in a New Hampshire court.

Twenty-year-old Thayne Ormsby, of Orient, Maine, was arrested Friday in Dover, N.H., on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Rochester District Court Tuesday morning.

Ormsby is charged in the stabbing deaths of 55-year-old Jeffrey Ryan, Ryan’s 10-year-old son Jesse, and 30-year-old Jason Dehahn at the Ryan home in the northern Maine town of Amity, near the Canadian border.

Police say a fingerprint and DNA from a beer can and cigarette butt led investigators to Ormsby.
