Kendra Vyr, 19, Mechanic Falls, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Aug. 27, 2009, found guilty, fined $400.

Roger T. Walker, 59, Sabattus, keeping unlicensed dog, allowing dog to be at large on Aug. 12, 2009, both charges offense committed, first charge fined $35; second charge fined $100.

Blaine Wallace, 55, Durham, possession of marijuana on Aug. 19, 2009, offense committed, fined $350.

Cody T. Wallingford, 19, Auburn, minor consuming liquor on Sept. 19, 2009, offense committed, fined $200.

Daniel P. Wands, 29, Auburn, unlawful use of license on Sept. 23, 2009, found guilty, fined $50.

Ellis L. Warren, 37, Poland, criminal threatening on Sept. 3, 2009, found guilty, fined $500.

Tammy M. Warren, 40, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on April 26, 2009, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Tammy M. Warren, 40, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on April 26, 2009, dismissed.

Amanda R. Waterhouse, 32, Lewiston, carrying concealed weapon on Aug. 19, 2009, found guilty, fined $100.

Kyle Wear, 21, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 28, 2009, sent to jury trial.

Kevin A. Webber, 27, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Aug. 25, 2009, offense committed, fined $350.

William Samuel Wilson, 31, Lisbon, domestic violence assault on Feb. 19, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to 30 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Irene C. Wright, 55, Greene, disorderly conduct loud unreasonable noise on Sept. 29, 2009, found guilty, fined $75.
