FARMINGTON — Marie Wade, director of the physical rehabilitation and sports medicine department at Franklin Memorial Hospital, announces that Darren Roundy, DPT, has been appointed physical therapist.

Roundy recently received his doctorate of physical therapy degree at Husson University. While enrolled in the program, he completed outpatient physical therapy clinical rounds at Franklin Memorial Hospital, Calais Regional Hospital, Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft, and Bouchard Physical Therapy Services in Waterville. Before joining Franklin Memorial Hospital, Roundy was employed as a physical therapy aide at Philip Pouzol Physical Therapy in Bangor.

Roundy, who resides in Jay, will be based at the Stanley Health Center on the Franklin Memorial Hospital campus. For more information or appointments, call 779-2620.
