Shawn B. Savage, 30, Wilton, unpaid fines/fees, $350 cash bail, court appearance Aug. 19, Jay Police Department.

Kathryn Ann Garland, 60, Anson, driving under the influence, July 13, $3,000 unsecured, court appearance Aug. 23, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

Richard Arsenault, 70, Carthage, domestic assault, July 13, $3,000 unsecured, court appearance Sept. 23, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
