FARMINGTON — The following cases were closed recently in Franklin County Superior Court:

Steve E. Lee Jr., 24, Farmington, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by receiving stolen property on July 9, 2009, first and second charges dismissed; third charge found guilty, fined $500.

Joseph L. Magee, 32, Skowhegan, aggravated criminal trespassing, assault on March 2, 2009, both charges found guilty, first charge sentenced to two years and six months, all but nine months suspended, probation two years; second charge sentenced to six months.

Christopher A. Matthews, 47, South Berwick, operating under the influence, failing to make oral or written accident report, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Sept. 10, 2009, first charge found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days; second and third charges dismissed.

Dustin R. Matthews, 18, Gardiner, burglary, criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 23, 2009, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $250 each.

Frank J. Mcconnell III, 19, Rangeley, aggravated criminal trespassing, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, violating condition of release on Nov. 22, 2009, first charge dismissed; second, third and fourth charges found guilty, sentenced to 10 days each.
