AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Cassie Jo Morris, 30, Leeds, operating after habitual offender revocation on Jan. 26, 2008, found guilty, fined $1100, sentenced to 45 days.

Jay H. Morse, 44, Manchester, N.H., two charges of negotiate a worthless instrument on May 26, 2006 and May 20, 2006, both charges probation violation, sentenced to seven months each, probation partially revoked.

Susan A. Murphy, 43, Greene, terrorizing on June 6, 2009, filed with no cost.

Thomas Nadeau, 41, Auburn, operating under the influence on June 14, 2009, found guilty, fined $800, license suspended 90 days.

Christopher James Noel, 25, Auburn, assault, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on May 22, 2009, first charge found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 35 days, restitution $700; second charge dismissed.

Melissa A. Noel, 31, Oxford, operating under the influence, violation condition of release, operating vehicle without license-cond/restric, disorderly conduct loud unreasonable noise on June 12, 2009, first charge found guilty, fined $900, sentenced to seven days, license suspended three years, registration suspended; second and third charges dismissed; fourth charge found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Timothy J. Nurse, 35, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on June 19, 2007, dismissed.

Timothy J. Nurse, 35, Lewiston, reckless conduct on Feb. 25, 2009, found guilty, community service 40 hours.

Alexander Ocasio, 34, Lawrence, M.A., unlawfully furnishing scheduled drugs, three charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Mar. 15, 1999, first charge found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 71 days; second, third, and fourth charges dismissed.

Derek Osgood, 56, Durham, violation of privacy on May 1, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Nicholas Francis Paci, 27, Raymond, N.H., burglary, criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on Aug. 12, 2009, all charges found guilty, first charge sentenced to nine months and one day; second charge sentenced to six months; third charge sentenced to nine months and one day, restitution $409.33; fourth charge sentenced to six months.

Brian Joseph Paladino, 33, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on Nov. 17, 2008, both charges dismissed.

Jason P. Parent, 28, Farmingdale, burglary on July 2, 2001, probation violation, sentenced to 18 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Karen Parent, 53, Sabattus, driving to endanger on Aug. 28, 2009, operating under the influence on Aug. 29, 2009, first charge found guilty, fined $600, license suspended 30 days; second charge dismissed.

Richard Parsley, 46, S. Portland, criminal mischief, domestic violence assault, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, tampering with witness informant juror or victim, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 7, 2008, first charge found guilty, sentenced to 88 days; second, third, fourth, and fifth charges dismissed.

Scott Pawnell, 52, Dexter, operating after habitual offender revocation on Mar. 24, 2008, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 6, 2008, first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, fined $500.
