AUBURN – Elsie M. Bellavance, age 72, of Station Road in Hebron, passed away Sunday morning, Aug. 1 at the Hospice House, with family at her side.
She was born in Livermore Falls, Jan. 26, 1938, a daughter of Ernest and Cecile (Gagnon) Robinson and was educated in Livermore Falls schools.
She married Mr. Robert Bellavance and together they settled in Hebron to raise their three children. He predeceased her in 1988. Elsie worked for many years at Supreme Slipper, until her retirement.
Among her favorite enjoyments were eating out at different restaurants, attending community fairs around the state, going to the Yarmouth Clam Festival and spending time with her children, grandchildren and family. She also enjoyed the company of her two dogs, Muddy and Missy.
Mrs. Bellavance was a loving, devoted and hardworking wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed. She leaves three children Randy Bellavance and fiancee, Jane Hanson of Hebron, Brenda Fryslie and husband, Wesley of Conway, N.H. and Robert Robinson and wife, Janet of North Turner; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; six sisters, Rose Herndon and husband, Robert of Indiana, Ashley Reeds of Texas, Marie Robinson of Jackman, Rita Martin of Livermore Falls, Irene Bourget and husband, Morris of Lewiston and Blanche Cook and husband, Rand of Mechanic Falls; and two brothers, Ronnie Robinson and wife, Sylvia of Texas and Norman Robinson and wife, Pat of New Hampshire.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert in 2008 and a beloved infant son, Randy.
