Arrests/Summonses:

On Aug. 5 – 1:26 p.m., Gilbert Scott, 52, of Peru was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller with criminal threatening on Congress Street. Scott posted $160 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 5.

On Aug. 5 – 11:15 p.m., Cody Magoon, 18, of Mexico was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley with illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Homser Lane. Magoon is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 5.

On Aug. 6 – 2:20 a.m., Timothy Labrecque, 20, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley with furnishing alcohol to a minor on Portland Street. Labrecque is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 5.

On Aug. 6 – 2:20 a.m., Marisa Moors, 18, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor on Portland Street. Moors is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 5.

On Aug. 6 – 10:45 a.m., Theresa Leighton, 37, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson on a warrant for operating after suspension on Spruce Street. Leighton was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

On Aug. 7 – 1:35 p.m., 17-year-old Rumford male was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson with criminal speed on Route 108. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 2.

Burglary:

On Aug. 2 – 11:48 a.m., Sgt Bernard is investigating an incident where someone entered a Maine Avenue residence and stole medication and a laptop valued at $500.

Criminal Mischief:

On Aug. 1 – 4:17 p.m., Ptl. Miller investigated an incident where a vehicle was hit by paint balls. Juveniles located and spoken to. No damage.

On Aug. 2 – 11:48 a.m., Cpl. Maifeld is investigating an incident where a pool liner was cut on Front Street. Approximately $50 in damages.

Theft:

On Aug. 3 – 4:28 p.m., Cpl. Maifeld is investigating the theft of two bicycles valued at $100 from a garage on Androscoggin Avenue.
