LEWISTON — M. Vivian Downing, 78, passed away on Aug. 14.
She was born in Attleboro, Mass., on Aug. 28, 1931. She was a homemaker and a certified nursing assistant all her life.
She is survived by her daughters, Darlene Strout of New Hampshire, Cathy Edwards of Indiana, and Kristene Miclon of Maine; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Lorraine and Bert.
She was predeceased by her ex-husband; and oldest daughter, Linda May Cummings. A family service will be held.
