Paul M. Fitzherbert, 33, Poland, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Sept. 19, 2009, found guilty, fined $500.

Kristina L. Fitzpatrick, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 21, found guilty, fined $200.

Yvonne Franklin, 37, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 13, 2009, found guilty, fined $200.

Richard M. Gagnon, 44, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 18, dismissed.
