AUBURN — At a special business meeting on Aug. 11, Court Street Baptist Church called Jacob J. Henrioulle as a new youth minister. He will lead and organize programs and activities to facilitate worship, fellowship, instruction and evangelism, focusing primarily on grades seven through 12.

Henrioulle has long experience in youth work. Currently, he is the part-time youth director at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Santa Rosa, Calif. Prior to that he was youth pastor at Cazadero Community Church in Cazadero, Calif.; youth pastor and sports coach at Hope House Children’s Home in Marsing, Idaho; associate/youth pastor at First Church of God in Plains, Mont.; and co-director of Choices for Teens in Homer, Ala.

He was a full-time student and missionary with Youth with a Mission, involving Southeast Asia ministries, inner city ministries, Native American ministries, Bible studies, sports ministries, discipleship and evangelism.

He has a two-year Bible certificate from Alaska Bible Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in theology with an emphasis in Christian counseling from Vision Bible College, Idaho. He currently is finishing up a master’s degree through online courses.

Henrioulle is married to Alisha, who works in the medical field full time. As much as time has allowed, she has fully shared in his ministry, including counseling the girls in the youth group.
