AUBURN — Fresenius Medical Care North America recently named two of its Maine dialysis facilities as centers of excellence for achieving the highest standards in patient care in 2009.
The company’s annual center of excellence awards recognize those clinics nationwide that have delivered the highest levels of quality patient care, based on objective measurements of the patients’ status.
Center of excellence award winners in Maine included Fresenius Medical Care Androscoggin, 1100 Minot Ave., Auburn, and Fresenius Medical Care Lewiston, 710 Main St., Lewiston.
