LEWISTON — Wendy Pelletier has established a home-staging business called Redesigned 2 Sell.
Staging showcases a home in the best possible light. The first impression is decided by buyers in the first eight seconds. Pelletier is an accredited home-staging specialist. Most homeowners need the opinion of an outsider to see what buyers will like or dislike. She is available for homes in Androscoggin and Oxford counties.
Many homes are redesigned using the homeowner’s items, but some additional items may be borrowed from the Redesigned 2 Sell’s inventory. Small items such as lamps, end tables, art work, curtains, chairs and accessories are used to create a soothing and appealing look to the buyer. Her services include choosing paint colors, decorating, de-cluttering, rearranging of furniture and making suggestions for easy home improvements.
Photographs of the finished rooms are also provided to use for marketing of the property.
