AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer the “Essentials of Project Management” from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 21 and 28. The cost is $255 and includes all materials.

The course will teach technical and nontechnical professionals how to plan, organize and complete projects on time and on budget. Participants will learn how to use a variety of project management methods and tools including problem solving, work breakdown structure, estimating and forecasting, project scheduling and Gantt charting and contingency planning.
