Promising newcomers: Sophomores —Addy Fuller (F), Samantha Morse (FB), Silvia Lutick (F); Freshmen — Lindsy Crutchfield (MF), Bryce Parent (FB).
Outlook: The Cougars were hit hard by graduation, losing seven players overall and five starters. Dirigo then lost Larsen and Turner to injuries suffered in a car accident, which could put both out for the season. There are still 11 returning players but only five are upperclassmen.

“There is a good group of juniors and sophomores with some varsity experience. How quickly they can fill the void left by graduation of seven seniors and the two girls injured in the car accident will be critical to our success.
