This 1957 Ford will be among the antique cars that will be displayed on Friday, Sept. 17, at a joint fundraiser for the Kingfield POPS and a Kingfield eighth-grade class trip. Other featured cars include a 1957 T-Bird, a Rolls Royce, a 1961 Nash and a 1957 Ford. Kaja Veilleux and John Bottero of Thomaston Place Auction Galleries will be on-site to give appraisals for antique or collectible items, for a suggested donation of $5 per item or five items for $20. A Karma Market booth will sell fair trade jewelry, soapstone, collectibles, toys, ornaments, pottery, purses, soaps and other items. Proceeds from lunch will go toward the class trip. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Camden National Bank lawn.
