New Life Community Center will host a “safe night” Halloween party for children and their parents from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 31, at the center, 134 College St., Lewiston. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There will be games with prizes, refreshments, a doughnut contest, mask-making and a costume contest. A toddler area will be provided for children under 3. The first 50 children will take home goodie bags. Gift cards will be drawn as door prizes. Members of the Planning Committee are pictured.
