Bruce Collette, left, and Bill Soucy turn the soldier on top of the Civil War monument in Kennedy Park so that it faces Lewiston City Hall on Thursday. The statue originally faced City Hall, but was taken down for cleaning in the 1930s and put back facing the opposite direction. Collette and Soucy work for Collette Monuments.
