The Hebron Academy Middle School eighth-graders got together and planned a coat drive to benefit the Coats for Kids campaign last month. Spearheading the project were Arianna Pinkham, Nicholas Johnson, Katie Schools and Caitlin Shelley. More than 325 coats, scarves, hats, gloves and mittens were collected, including more than 150 coats. Shelley said, “For such a small middle school, I was so surprised how many things we collected. There will be so many more warm kids now.”
