Incident Report Statistics:

Between 12 a.m. Monday, Jan. 3, and 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 9, patrol officers responded to 69 complaints.

Arrests/Summonses:

On Jan. 4 – 11:18 a.m., Charles Gannon, 40, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Joseph Sage on warrants for failure to appear for criminal mischief and failure to pay fines on operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Erchles Street. Gannon was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

On Jan. 4 – 11:18 a.m., Becky Collette-Theriault, 38, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Joseph Sage with hindering apprehension on Erchles Street. Collette-Theriault posted $300 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 8.

On Jan. 4 – 9:40 p.m., Joshua Sicotte, 23, of Mexico was charged by Ptl. Bradlee Gallant with operating after suspension on Route 2. Sicotte is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on March 8.

On Jan. 6 – 2 a.m., Troy Lake, 41, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Bradlee Gallant with operating under the influence (second offense), violating conditions of release, operating beyond license restrictions, criminal mischief. Lake was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court April 5.

On Jan. 6 – 11 a.m., Melissa Blodgett, 29, of Andover was charged by Chief Stacy Carter on a warrant for failure to appear for violation conditions of release on River Street. Blodgett posted $200 cash and was released.

Assault:

On Jan. 5 – 8:54 a.m., Ptl. Sage investigated an incident of an assault on Hancock Street. Victim refused to press charges.

On Jan. 5 – 3:22 p.m., Ptl. Sage investigated an incident of a juvenile assault on Spruce Street. Mother of juvenile refused to press charges.

Theft:

On Jan. 7, Ptl. Sage investigated a theft of a cell phone and phone call on Waldo Street. Value of loss: $130.

Wanted

Eli K. Webber, 58 , of Rumford is wanted on a Rumford District Court warrant for failure to pay fines on an operating after suspension (habitual offender).
