FARMINGTON — Franklin Memorial Hospital President/CEO Rebecca Ryder announces the addition of Heinrich Grube, MD, PhD, as a provider of cardiology specialty services.
Dr. Grube, who is affiliated with Cardiovascular Consultants of Maine, will be providing cardiology consulting services every Wednesday.
Grube attended Philipps University Medical School in Marburg, Germany, where he obtained his medical degree and PhD. He completed his internship at two locations, first at a teaching hospital affiliated with Philipps University in Germany, followed by a teaching hospital affiliated with St. George’s Medical School in the United Kingdom. He completed his internal medicine residency at Brown University Medical School in Providence, R.I. After practicing internal medicine for eight years, Grube returned for training in cardiovascular medicine through Maine Medical Center’s Cardiac Fellowship Program.
He is a member of the American College of Cardiology. He is board-certified in internal medicine. He joined Cardiovascular Consultants of Maine in 2010, working primarily in Augusta and Waterville locations.
