If smokers are removed from MaineCare and Medicare, why not make life more difficult and also remove people from MaineCare and Medicare who are obese, alcoholics, illegal drug users and those whose hobbies involve unnecessary physical risks?
Why not establish overseers of the inferior? Have doctors as S.S. (state superiors); RNs and CNAs as Spies (state personnel yeomen). The poor people who are dependent on MaineCare or Medicare are minions and serviles already, anyhow, anyway.
