LIVERMORE — Announcement is made of the engagement of Renee Dostie and Brian Parent, both of Christiansburg, Va.
Miss Dostie is the daughter of Brenda and Denis Mancine of Livermore and Jules and Holly Dostie of Mechanic Falls. She is a 2005 graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She also received a master’s degree in social work in 2008 from Radford University in Radford, Va. She is currently employed as an outpatient youth clinician for New River Valley Community Services in Virginia.
Mr. Parent is the son of Norm and Jen Parent of Van Buren. He is a 2005 graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He is currently employed as a professional engineer at Alliant Tech Systems in Radford, Va.
The wedding will be held on Oct. 15 at Saddleback Mountain Resort in Rangeley.
