DAVENPORT, Fla. — Joe A. Foster, 70, of Davenport, Fla., died Feb. 24.

He was born Feb. 3, 1941, in Lewiston, the son of Virginia C. Gilman Foster and Fred L. Foster Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Andrea; a daughter, Norma Jean; a son, Armin; daughter-in-law, Debbie; four grandchildren; six sisters; five brothers; and many nieces, nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents; two brothers; and a sister.
