LEWISTON — Two local men were charged with robbing a Domino’s Pizza delivery person early Wednesday morning, police Sgt. Michael Whalen said.

Johnathan Campbell, 20, and Eric Powlesland, 19, were arrested at 3:44 a.m. Wednesday at 132 Spring St. and charged with robbery, he said.

The delivery person was not seriously injured, he said.

The delivery person was taking several pizzas to an unspecified location when he or she was jumped by two men. The assailants sprayed the delivery person with mace and stole three pizzas, he said.

It was unclear whether the men had placed the order for themselves, Whalen said.
