LEWISTON – A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Fernande Geoffroy was celebrated Saturday morning by the Reverend Nathan March at Holy Family Church of the Prince of Peace Parish. During the Mass, Fernande’s brother, Daniel Isabel proclaimed the first reading. The prayer of the faithful was recited by nephew, Bruce Geoffroy. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by nieces, Laurette Galipeau and Joline Davis.
Following a procession to St. Peter’s Cemetery, Father March recited committal prayers. The pallbearers were Gerry Galipeau, Jr., and Jeff Gallipeau, Gerry and Larry Ouellette, Gerry Poulin, and Don Champagne. At the conclusion of services, all were invited to a reception of fellowship at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston. Arrangements by Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home, Lewiston.
