AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer Building High Performance Teams from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, May 5. The cost for the workshop is $99 including materials. Registration deadline is Thursday, April 28.

In this workshop, participants will learn the stages of team development, how to create team goals, how to measure success and how to create a plan to move their teams toward high performance.
