TURNER — Patricia Pulkkinen Jordan, 72, of Turner, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 21, at her home with her family at her side after a long illness.

She was born in Auburn on Sept. 21, 1938, the daughter of the late Oiva A. and Louise Pulkkinen Voter. She was educated in local schools and was married on Oct. 19, 1956, to Edwin Jordan Jr.

Patricia was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and family. She will be remembered as a fabulous cook. She was a member of the Turner Senior Citizens and the Red Hat Society.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ed, of Turner; four daughters, Ms. Pamela Jordan/James Fraser of South Portland, Mrs. John (Jennifer) Colby of Lewiston, Mrs. Randy (Tammy) McNear of Wayne and Mrs. John (Michele) Carey of Livermore Falls; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Donald (Olga) Iwans of Norway; two brothers, Dwinal Pulkkinen and wife, Martha, of Turner and Omer Pulkkinen and wife, Gayla, of Norway.

She was predeceased by an infant daughter, Joline Jordan; her father, Oiva Pulkkinen; her mother, Louise Pulkkinen Voter; and a brother, Bruce Pulkkinen.
